Privacy Policy
This policy explains how VanThermia handles personal data, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law. It also includes a statement for visitors from the United States.
Who is the data controller?
The controller is the operator of this website.

- Tax ID (NIF): 09054446J
- Address: Calle Bejarano 6, 05695 La Horcajada (Ávila), Spain

What data do we collect?
Very little. VanThermia has no user accounts, no comment forms and no newsletter at this time.
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you include in the message. Our email service is provided by Google (Gmail).
- Technical server logs: like any website, our hosting server records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time. The hosting provider is Hostinger International Ltd.
We do not use analytics tools or our own cookies at this time. See our cookie policy.
Why do we process it, and on what legal basis?
We process emails to answer you, based on your consent when you write to us. We process server logs for security and to keep the site running, based on our legitimate interest.
We keep emails only as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s standard retention.
What happens when I click an Amazon link?
You leave VanThermia, and Amazon’s privacy policy and cookie policy apply. Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute purchases to our affiliate account. We do not receive your name, address or order details. More on this in our affiliate disclosure.
Do we share your data?
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Only the service providers named above (email and hosting) process data on our behalf, to deliver their services.
What are your rights?
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any right, email genzetadigital@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Its full name is Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at aepd.es.

We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar US state laws. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for making such a request.
